1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Elevait Global website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Elevait Global provides payment technology, website and application development, digital marketing, and AI receptionist services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual service agreements or statements of work.

3. Payments & Fees

Fees are quoted in writing before work begins. Recurring services are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may result in suspension of services after notice.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own deliverables created specifically for them, including website code and content. Elevait Global retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and know-how used to produce deliverables.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elevait Global shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the applicable service in the preceding twelve months.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing services with thirty (30) days written notice. Fees for work completed prior to termination remain payable.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in your service agreement, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
